Zornitsa Bankina

Zornitsa Bankina is the CEO of Debt Collection Agency EAD (DCA). She has over 20 years of experience in the debt management sector. She joined DCA in 2016 and in her role as Business Development Director has been actively involved in building and developing the current structure of the company.

Zornitsa Bankina's professional skills include strategic planning, financial analysis and cost management, software systems integration, digitalization and process automation. She has solid experience in marketing and sales, project management and corporate culture development.

She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Management and Leadership from Higher School of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF University) and a Bachelor's degree in Automation, Information and Control Engineering from the University of Food Technology - Plovdiv. Fluent in English.
